No Guarantee of Approval: Final decisions on visa issuance, admission, or approvals rest solely with the relevant authorities. We do not influence or guarantee outcomes.

Our services are available to individuals who are 16 years and above. By engaging our services, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and legally submitted by you.

Clients are responsible for providing correct and complete personal, academic, and travel information. Oma Synergies Travels and Tours Ltd is not responsible for delays, refusals, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the Client.

All materials, content, branding, documents, templates, and guides provided by Oma Synergies Travels and Tours Ltd remain our intellectual property and must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

We may work with or provide links to third-party institutions such as universities, embassies, airlines, or scholarship bodies. We are not responsible for their policies, decisions, or services.
